Peter John Hocart Tooley, LL.M., M.B.B.S., M.R.C.G.P., D.M.J., is a member of the Court of Assistants of the Worshipful Company of Apothecaries and was for thirty years a medical officer for rugby teams in Oxfordshire and London. He resides in Guernsey.
